We Just Can't Hate Kiran Malik, the Opponent in "Jaisay Aapki Marzi"!
Without an antagonist, a protagonist is lacking. We have a tendency to support the "hero and heroine" when watching a drama. There have been a few instances, though, where the antagonist has drawn more attention from viewers than the protagonist. This is a testament to a talented performer who has the ability to portray a character.

Without an antagonist, a protagonist is lacking. We have a tendency to support the "hero and heroine" when watching a drama. There have been a few instances, though, where the antagonist has drawn more attention from viewers than the protagonist. This is evidence of a great actor who has the ability to portray a role with conviction and seize the spotlight.
To take the untrodden path, shatter the glass ceiling, and succeed requires guts. Yes, the oh-so-gorgeous Kiran Malik, who made us swoon with her debut drama, "Jaisay Apki Marzi," is the one we're referring to. Malik's outstanding performance as "Natasha" dominates the prime time slot and receives praise left, right, and center.
Where should we begin, then? Malik makes an impression right away. She is simply a cut above in the way she adopts the attitude of a spoiled, affluent brat willing to do anything to establish her superiority. The center of the operation is her eerie and fascinating conversations with Shehreyar (Mikaal Zulfiqar). Once she enters each frame, her body language, postures, and gestures cause you to sit up and pay attention. She always dresses to impress in edgy looks; she exudes confidence and style while carrying herself.
The author (Naila Zehra Jafri) saves the best line for "Natasha," and it's wonderful to see how well-versed in the role she is without overacting. The director (Saba Hameed) deserves praise for having faith in a young actor to play a crucial role in the production. Even though the play's leading lady, Alizeh (Dur-e-Fishan Saleem), is very talented, Malik completely eclipses her. Even after the episode is over, your memory of her performance is still fresh.
Overall, we have to say that Kiran Malik's TV debut has greatly impressed us. It's challenging to dislike her because her actions as the badass girl in "Jaisay Aapki Marzi" are so endearing. We are definitely hoping that the upcoming episodes will feature a lot of fireworks.
