Rashid Ahmed & Sons Processes Over 4 Million Skins, Boosts Pakistan’s Leather Exports
Karachi: Rashid Ahmed & Sons, one of Pakistan’s top leather exporters and a proud member of the Pakistan Tanners Association, has well treated millions of animal skins every year since 1998.

Karachi: Rashid Ahmed & Sons collected and processed over 4 million animal skins on Eid-ul-Azha 2025. The company exports high quality leather gloves & plays a key role in Pakistan’s growing leather industry.
According to Company Director Mohammad Faisal, the hides were collected from across the country, especially in Sindh and Punjab. This year’s collection includes around 2.2 million cow hides and 1.7 million skins, which are now being converted into export quality leather gloves and other products.
Each year we see a 10 to15% rise in hide collection. Faisal said. “This Eid, prices throw down, but overall hide volume remained strong.”
The company operates 12 factories specifying in leather glove manufacturing, serving international markets with high demand safety gear includes fire safety suite LAVA.
Mohammad Faisal talk about animal health, stated, noting that better raise animals lead to better leather quality. The company urged livestock caretakers to maintain high standards to support the country’s leather exports.
Notwithstanding market fluctuations, Rashid Ahmed & Sons continues to drive growth and invention in Pakistan’s leather sector.
