Iran tourism promotion has begun with the issuance of E-Visas
Karachi: At a conference on tourist promotion between Iran and Pakistan, organized by the Iranian Consulate in Karachi, prominent corporate, political, and social personalities from the city as well as representatives from Russia, Malaysia, Kuwait, Japan, and other countries were present.

The meeting was held in a hotel. Prominent travel agents in Pakistan, media personnel, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, the provincial minister of energy, and consul generals from each country took part.
As the host, Mr. Hassan Nourian, the Iranian consul general in Karachi, thanked each and every guest.
Iran has opened two more land crossings, whereas previously, Pakistani nationals could only cross one, in an effort to encourage tourism and facilitate travel. Iran has also begun to issue electronic visas. Ramidan and Pishin regions now have these two borders open.
He went on to say that Iran is home to a plethora of tourism attractions and that five historical sites in Iran have been included into the World Archaeology Organization's list of places to see, with many more being considered.
Iran has achieved great strides in the medical field as well, Iranian Consul General stated confidently that Iran willing to work with all neighboring countries and other countries in this regard.
