Nausheen Masud, a well-known actor, lost her fight with terminal cancer on Wednesday, her former husband announced.
Masud's years of experience on screen as an actor, producer, writer, and host helped her become a household figure across the nation.
Pakistanis will never forget the late actor's roles in series like "Jaal," "Colony 52," "Gher Tau Aakhir Apna Hai," and "Dolly Ki Ayegi Barat."
Possessing a multifaceted personality, she has also directed multiple music videos with talented vocalists such as Shahzad Roy, Junaid Jamshed, Aamir Zaki, Jawad Ahmed, and Junoon.
Masud’s ex-husband Tariq Quraishi posted a message on Facebook saying, “My ex-wife, Nausheen Masud, passed away this morning after a long and tough battle with cancer.”
"May Allah grant you eternal peace." He said, "Please pray for the soul of the departed."
