LONDON: The 2025 FilmLight Colour Awards nominees have been revealed, recognizing the art of color grading as performed by the industry’s most accomplished film and TV artists.

Entering its fifth year, this year’s awards saw over 500 entries from 47 countries, demonstrating the increasing international reach of colorists in today’s visual storytelling.

The top theatrical feature nominees included Kostas Theodosiou’s work on “Sinners” (FotoKem), “The Brutalist,” “Mickey 17,” “The Phoenician Scheme” and Adam Glasman’s work for Robert Eggers’ upcoming “Nosferatu” (Goldcrest).

In the TV Series/Episodic category, those include “Severance” (Season 2), “Andor,” “Disclaimer” and Apple TV+’s “The Studio.”

Other shortlisted work covers commercials, music videos and new talent, such as Bad Bunny’s “NUEVAYoL” and Gucci’s “We Will Always Have London.”

Heading the 2025 jury is cinematographer Bradford Young, who has South Korean filmmaker Park Chan-wook as guest of honor. They will be announced from Cooke Optic’s London Gallery this week.
